Mango Meadows is an agricultural farm resort situated just 28km away from Kottayam. It is also the world’s first agricultural theme park. This is an ideal spot to know and enjoy nature. This amazing resort farm is situated at Ayamkudy which can be reached via Kallara-Neendoor road from Kottayam. Mango meadows cab be best described as a treasure house of fruits. Spread over an area of 30 acres of land, this majestic farm has many facilities for both adults and kids to enjoy a whole day with the family. The resort has a large pool where one can engage in fishing, boating or swimming. Visiting time is from 11 am to 5 pm. Since the construction of cottages are still going on, you can’t stay here during night time. The entrance fee is Rs.350 per head. As soon as u enter the resort, it’s better to order the food so that it will be ready by the time you finish walking around enjoying the sights. Since the farm has a huge variety of fish available, you can order your favourite dish. The landscape is mesmerising especially when you watch across the fields from the balcony enjoying the cool breeze and scenery. In the evening, you may enjoy the tea and snacks before heading to the swimming pool to refresh yourself till 4.45 which is the allowed time here. Thus you can spent a whole day enjoying alone or with your family at this wonderful resort.
