The Beautiful Waterfalls falls of Karnataka Gokak and Godachinmalki Falls

Gokak Falls is a beautiful waterfall located at the Gokak Village n Karnataka. Gokak lies on the Pune Bangalore highway, between Belgaum in Karnataka and Kolhapur in Maharashtra.
To reach here, turn tight at Thanahattargi on the highway and travel for another 38km. There is also another beautiful cascade close by known as Godachinamalki.

Gokak is a magnificent fall across the Ghataprabha River. There is a hanging bridge here to attract tourists. The other attractions in Gokak are an old power station built in the 1800s and a cotton mill.
Godachinmalki. is a stunning waterfall in the River Markhandeya. This charming waterfall is a cascading one which means the water descends in several steps before falling deep into the valley. This is a quiet and beautiful spot to enjoy with your family or friends. You may need to carry food with you while visiting this fall. At Gokak falls there are refreshments available. Belgaum is the nearest city to these beautiful falls.
