Chethi beach is situated in the Cherthala taluk in Alappuzha district. This beach and its surrounding areas are a major attraction for the tourists who come to Alappuzha. The lovely pine trees, the beautiful beach, the fish boats and the coconut palms make this beach an enchanting spot. This is a place one would love to spend his evenings. The locals here are mostly fishermen. There is also a small harbour here. The beautiful Mararikkulam beach and the famous Kanichukulangara Temple are situated not far away from here. To reach this lovely beach, take the Cherthala-Alappuzha NH-66, turn right from the Kanichukulangara junction and soon you will be at the beach road.
